His extensive experience in development and project marketing covers a broad base across all facets of high density development.
Dane and his team has more experience implementing, launching and selling projects in Newcastle than any other agency. Dane has worked hand in hand with developer partners and their consultants to provide guidance and expertise on project design and launch, as well as ongoing advice through each specific stage to ensure that the project continues to meet, and push the market at every phase of the project.
Dane has been directly involved in over $2.5 billion dollars of end product sales off-the-plan, spanning across over 30 major projects in the City. Dane's strategy at all times is focused on minimising risk and maximising returns.
Balancing his professional and private property pursuits is a challenge, but Dane Crawford manages to to find equilibrium.
In his role as Director of Residential Project Marketing, he has recently worked on the East End project having been exclusively appointed to take carriage of the entire campaign. East End is a fully integrated Multi Stage Master Planned Precinct set to become Newcastle's largest ever mixed use development. Dane has three other projects in the pipeline in Wickham, each with a separate developer and his team have also recently been engaged to sell three more luxury waterfront development's overlooking Newcastle’s harbour as well as half a dozen more projects on the horizon within the Newcastle CBD. Each one of these projects will be strategically delivered to market over the next 18 months.
In his spare time, Dane is working on a new development platform that is targeted exclusively at maximising property development outcomes for his clients and customers, writing blogs and in 2019 he plans on expanding the number of keynote speaking gigs all based around property development, residential project marketing and industry specific topics.
