Dane Crawford, hailing from Kurri Kurri, faced early challenges but learned independence and self-reliance. By 22, he saved enough as a lifeguard to buy his first home, fueled by a passion for real estate sparked during breakfasts with his father. Mentored by business leaders, he excelled in residential real estate and co-founded Commercial Collective in 2018. Despite competition, the company, now with over 40 employees, has thrived, showcasing Dane's inspiring journey from humble beginnings to entrepreneurial success. His advice emphasizes mentorship, self-investment, and the belief that one's starting point doesn't determine their destination.

Dane's fascination with the real estate industry was kindled during weekend breakfasts with his father. While his father perused the sports section of the newspaper, Dane eagerly delved into the real estate listings, developing a profound passion for the field.
"I had a thirst for knowledge, and I would buy books to learn more," he recalls.
